Welcome to the Electronic Bidding Website for the Commonwealth of
Massachusetts. This site provides for electronic submission of
competitive bids for debt and other financial instruments issued or
purchased by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts
through the State Treasurer's Office. Instructions on how to use the
site, the registration process, and procedures for submitting bids are
contained within the site. This site also includes information on
particular transactions, including
information on the Commonwealth. It is
not necessary to register to view or download such information, although
registration (and approval by the Commonwealth) is necessary to
participate in or observe a particular competitive bidding process.
